I felt very looked after and got everything I wanted.

Within moments of entering the shop I was met by Sing. He was happy, welcoming and very helpful. He listened to what I needed, assisted me with Sleep Match and then took me through all the different recommendations. We found the right pillow for me, tried several mattresses to find the winner and was offered a drink several times. Sing took me through the mattress protection available and was able to answer all of my questions. He had exceptional knowledge of the different mattresses and he is an absolute credit to Dreams Farnborough.

Karen was a great help from start to finish. She made us feel at home immediately and really listened to our wants and needs. Most importantly she didn’t rush us into making a decision. Can’t wait to have our new bed and mattress!

Karen in the Farnborough, Hampshire store was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, as I looked around. Most important, she was NEVER pushy or physically crowding me, thus allowing me time to make an informed decision based on the answers I was given. I was most grateful for her assistance.

From entering the store to sitting down placing my order with Karen. I described my needs and what I was looking for to Karen and she was able to quickly and efficiently show me the products available. I did not feel any pressure to buy the products but through the explanation and trialling the bed in shop my mind was made up. From there we sat and discussed the payment and it was simple. I felt confident I got the best deal and I am happy with my purchase. I am waiting for it to be installed now and then I can hopefully give feedback on comfort of the product but I know having a profile bed will significantly improve how I live my life.

The salesman , Sean was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to “sell” to us but explained the benefits of all the mattresses we tried. Will definitely recommend to friends . We live 25 miles from store but it was a very pleasant 50 mile round trip. The mattress is coming in 4 days so that is fabulous service! Keep it up please.
