Arrive at the store and was greeted by the customer advisor who asked what he could help us with.I explained I wanted a new mattress and headboard.He showed me the new machine for finding the best type I required and while I was using it he got my wife a cup of tea which I thought was very nice.Once the machine was finished he showed me the Print-out and explained what it showed. He then let me test several beds to find the one I preferred .Once I made the choice of the mattress and the headboard we sat at the desk where he processed my order and organised the delivery date.

Easy to find an assistant unlike some of your rivals. not pressurised in to buying and had good knowledge of where products were located in store

Sing, the sales assistant was the perfect man for the job...knew his stuff, helpful, informative,polite and not pushy. He deserved to be praised.

Karen was so friendly...great explanations of the products, tolerated my sense of humour, greeted us on arrival and was even prepared to offer us extra value by giving us pillows and coffee!

Our assistant at Farnborough, Sean, proved invaluable in his knowledge of all of the products available. He assisted us throughout our choice of mattress.

We had seen a mattress online in the Black Friday sale, we showed the workers the image and they directed us to the mattress straight away and also told us similar ones. They were helpful but not too pushy. When we asked to buy an item they offered us a seat and nice coffee. The process was quick and easy and the deal on the mattress was great.

Store manager (Jason at Farnborough) dealt with us in extremely professional manner, showed good knowledge of the products and availability and lead us to the best mattress for us, NOT the most expensive one that we saw. Delivery very prompt (but yet to arrive).

When I walked in a was approached by a member of staff who knew exactly where the beds are I was looking for she left so I could have a look once I found what I was looking for she was very very helpful! So please with my experience
