Very is knowledgeable in the products. Made my purchase of our sons Christmas present easy and enjoyable. (Karen was lovely too) Today 04.12.2019 I had to call the store to get a copy of the order emailed. I spoke to Kav who again was extremely helpful Its easy to say that I will no doubt be shopping in the farnborough store again when I need my new bed in my house move this coming year. Thank you
