Sleepmatch really useful tool and Sean who then took us around with the recommendations was excellent; he had faultless product knowledge, was really helpful and made the whole experience very relaxed and easy

Dreams are my first port of call when I need anything for the bedroom. Good premises, good choice and excellent quality. Shame the one item I wanted straight away wss out of stock. I am, however, able to set up an alert when it is back in stock via your good website. Lady in Farnborough branch most knowledgeable and friendly and it was a pleasure to shop there.

From the moment we arrived to the store, the shop assistant, Sean was there for us and actively helped us with our purchase. His knowledge on the mattresses and bedframes were second to none, there were no questions he couldn't answer promptly and politely. He was guiding us through the purchase process from the beginning till the end, and made sure that we'll be satisfied with our purchase. His polite, friendly yet professional personality was truly remarkable.

Excellent team and very supportive

We were greeted straight away on entering the store, offered a drink and offered assistance with finding a new bed and mattress. Karen the store colleague was extremely helpful and put us the wonderful sleepmatch. She was fantastic, very friendly and had great product knowledge.

We were helped by Karen in store who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had intended to spend less as I seem to recall the prices on your website seemed less or that it was not 100% clear about how Ottoman beds are priced with regards to headboards etc. I was very happy that initially I might have had delivery within the week but then the system shifted this date to over a week - so that was a tiny bit sad as we can't live in our new house until our beds arrive so that was as little disappointing. Also, I booked assembly which is a shame that's not included but I am not unhappy, just would have liked that service gratis. Karen was great, we had a lovely tea and coffee and left as happy customers. I already have the Lucia bed at my current home and still adore it but it's sadly too big for the new bedroom :( gorgeous bed though and I shall be sad to say goodbye to it.
