We were offered assistance straight away, even though the store was busy. Your colleague was friendly and helpful, and took the time to discover our needs, without being pushy. The shop was clean, and laid out so that I had good access in my wheelchair.

We were greeted by Nigel who was not only very personable but also highly knowledgeable and added greatly to the whole shopping experience. The service, placing of the order and payment were extremely efficient. The only slight disappointment is the time we will have to wait to get our chosen product.

The member of staff who dealt with us was friendly, informative, knowledgeable.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable of the products on offer and had lots of suggestions of things that I didnt even think about. Yes the products might be slightly higher in price than other stores but I would definitely give them a thumbs up and recommend to friends and family.

Great variety of products, fabulous assistance and service throughout the whole process.

We were greeted immediately on entering the store by a staff member with good product knowledge. She listened carefully to our requirements and used the technology available to her to ascertain the best product for us. Although we have to wait 5 weeks for our new mattress, it was explained to us that it will now be hand made specifically to our order.
