Friendly staff and excellent range

We had looked in other shops over a period of time. When we arrived in Dreams Farnborough we were welcomed in a very friendly manner. From the time we arrived until we paid for our purchase our assistant Cornell was a delight and so helpful. Explaining everything about the machine we were asked to lie on to gauge the correct mattress, offering us refreshments and explaining it all thoroughly.

Karen spent a lot of time helping us with deciding what suited us in choosing a bed and letting us spend time selecting one. She was very knowledgeable and when we returned the following dat to place our order and she was unavailable her colleague was very helpful.

Cornell (customer service advisor) was extremely helpful and friendly during the whole inquiry process through to the quotation and ordering the product to be delivered.

I called first and got excellent information and went into the store tested the sofa bed and decided to purchase. Service was excellent.

The colleague assisting me, Karen, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. She understood my needs and helped me find the right bed I needed without little to no fuss. She was a pleasure to do business with!
