Dreams - Farnborough

The lovely lady Karen, greeted me and made me and my daughter a coffee, even though she was also dealing with another customer too.

We were happy to browse for a while and although we we were asked if we needed help we weren’t pestered. However we did need some help with our choice and when we explained what we were looking for, Alexander the Dreams colleague was very knowledgable and helpful. He was also very patient. There seemed to be a large selection of beds and mattresses to choose from.

On entering the store we were approached by Karen, very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us choose our mattress and offered professional advice. We'd like to thank her for helping us in finding the perfect one and also perfect pillow.

I went to Dreams not really knowing what bed I wanted but wasnt pressurised into anything. In fact assistant couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and were able to communicate well. The Farnborough store I cant rate highly enough, so good.

Upon our arrival we were met by a very friendly customer service assistant called Geraldine who allowed us time to look around. She was there and available to help us when we needed her and felt under no pressure or obligation to make a purchase on the day. We were allowed time to look around and then placed on the very helpful Sleep Match which helps to determine the type of mattress needed.Geraldine was really helpful and had a very good knowledge of all the products. We purchased a rather expensive mattress which we might not have considered if we hadn't been encouraged to try it. A welcomed cup of coffee was offered to us while we filled out paperwork and made our initial payment. We didn't purchase the bed itself as we were still deciding what we wanted but having looked elsewhere, we returned a week later to buy this at what we felt to be a competitive price. We were also pleased to receive -two free pillows.

Friendliness, good knowledge offered about a very wide range of options. Didn't feel pushed at any stage, really appreciated the relaxed style of approach and helped up narrow down the options well.
