We were assisted by a lady called Karen who was very helpful. She had great knowledge of your products, listened to our needs and showed us a good number of bed options that met our requirements; and she was very friendly whilst doing so.

We went into the Farnborough Store on my husbands birthday and were greeted by a lovely man called Nigel who helped us with our needs and made recommendations but then left us to decide. When we were ready, he offered us a drink and made us feel at ease. There was no pushy sales talk and he also was able to discount our order slightly and throw in a mattress protector. Nothing was too much trouble and a delivery date was given very promptly.
