Karen was superb. She was polite and created instant rapport with just the right level of humour. She asked all the questions required to establish my needs and suggest the best there was in my price range. There was no pressure on my store visit and the same level of excellent customer service was received when I rang and spoke to Karen a few days later to place my order.
