On arriving in the Farnborough measures were in place to protect customers. An assistant was available with 5mins of arriving. She was polite and quick to place my order. Her name was Geraldine

Store limited the number of people inside at once. The gentleman at the front of the queue was very friendly and helpful about how the store was operating and the products that were available. The Store Assistant, Ben, was well informed on products available and enabled us to try out the different mattresses available. He processed our order quickly & efficiently.
