Jason was extremely helpful from the moment I walked into the store, used the sleep test, showed me a number of mattresses although he and I were confident in the mattress which best fit my sleeping style, and emailed me advising the headboard I was interested in, and then although the head board is not yet in stock, assisted in securing the price and communicating how it can still be ordered. All very helpful, and completely understandable why he is the store manager.
