The employees at the Farnborough store were attentive and knowledgeable. We went in not knowing much about what we wanted and left with everything we needed and at a good price! We were offered water and made to feel comfortable even if the process of lying on loads of mattresses can be awkward!

It's great experience for shopping our tempura mattress there, the sales lady Karen is very patient and cheerful to help us to find the right mattress. Also she give us enough information about each different mattress to let us to choose. It's great for someone to be so patient and helpful to give us enough time to do the right decision.
