Karen, in the Farnborough store, was excellent. We went in to browse before looking in another store. But we happy with the service and products we tested so bought a mattress and 2 new pillows on the spot! Being able to receive our delivery within 3 days was a great bonus.

Geraldine was absolutely brilliant. She very quickly helped us find the right bed frame and quickly narrowed down the mattress. Would highly recommend Dreams. However, during transaction, the system froze and lost the order, so Geraldine had to spend time putting in the order again. It might be worth looking into upgrading in store systems to prevent this from happening for future orders with customers.
