Was greeted on entrance to the store immediately and the reason for my visit discussed. Offered water and sleepmatch explained. After the sleep match again the sales person was ready with the recommendations and a pillow. He had a list of beds that were suited to myself and allowed me to try them. He explained the pros and con of each bed I tried and how beds were constructed. I found two option I liked and he checked their availability, one option was ready in 8 days so I bought it. Again the sales person processes all paperwork and payment without any delays of fuss. As an addition he provided information about pillows used to trial the beds and I bought one of these. I am highly satisfied because I found what I wanted, there was no fuss and I was shown every option at different price points, no hard sell and provided with all the information I needed. The final delivery date was not perfect but miles better than any other furniture store.
