Dreams - Farnborough

We had been looking online at a few beds, had a few in mind. When we arrived at the store we were greeted by Ben and he knew right where to start with looking for the items we had seen online. He was very bright and knew the answers to our questions. We were happy with one of the beds and decided to order it there and then. Ben went through all the order with us politely and concisely. A brilliant experience all in all. 10/10 especially for Bens customer service skills.

We entered the store meet by a sales assistance Karen asked what we were looking for. put us on the fancy machine and after the report came in showed us 5 differant mattress. Karen spent as much time with us that was needed. we picked our mattress and 2 top class pillows and a top mattress proctector
