Very friendly staff. Happy to answer my questions. Didn’t have to wait behind any other customers. Good product knowledge and quick processing of my order.

My request was not that straightforward but Farnborough staff were so very helpful friendly and patient especially Carnell.

The customer service we received was brilliant from the moment we walked into the shop to when we left. We was offered hot or cold drinks several times. We got to use the bed to help us find our perfect mattress. The lady the helped us was very happy chatty and knowledgeable. Nothing was to much for her.

Very attentive and polite staff. Mark was particularly helpful. Right level of attention given, not overbearing.

I was served by Karen who was knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. She allowed me plenty of time and space to make a decision. The technology to help identify the best mattress for me and then try them out was very helpful. The information provided and timeline for delivery were excellent. Highly recommend the experience.

Mike, our assistant was brilliant from the moment he greeted us at the door until finalising the sale and explaining the credit agreement etc. He took his time to explain everything to us and his knowledge was super helpful in making us narrow down our options and decide. The sleep match machine was brilliant and Mike took us through everything professionally and impeccably. A massive improvement to our only previous visit to a Dreams store 10 years ago.
