We arrived at Farnborough Dream's store and was greeted by Geraldine. Very helpful, listened to our needs. We used the the sleep match machine to see what suited us then Geraldine showed us mattresses that were suited for us. Gave us plenty of information. Very kindly got us some water as it was a very hot day. When making purchase, information was given clearly. Purchase was made with no issues. Very much looking forward to receiving our new mattress.

Viewed item via online and decided to visit store and double check the bed we wanted. This was in stock and Michael the store assistant showed us the bed made sure the electrical part of the bed was working. Placed PPE on the bed so my son could try the bed. Very professional and even gave us water to drink as it was very hot that morning. Cannot fault the professionalism of this store. Would highly recommend to family and friends
