Nigel the salesperson was extremely helpful, very informative of all aspects of the items we wished to purchase. There was no pressure and he was willing to advise when questions asked. His knowledge and expertise is hard to find these days. He also went through the after sales process of what we could expect and when. So when we left the store we felt confident we had made the right choice. The only area we haven't rated Highly is the store system crashed when paying.
