Very friendly and helpful staff. Explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions about the different mattresses and showed us options in all the types of mattresses that suited our needs.

Myself, my husband and my parents went to dreams to look at beds and mattresses. We were looking at buying new ones but had no intention of buying one that day. The shop assistants welcomed us and gave us space to browse. We ended up working with Karen who was not our initial person who spoke us through the beds and mattresses after we had the the assessment done as she was helping my parents. She was so knowledgable and could tell what we were looking for even if we were not aware at first. Everything from the deciding mattresses to bed frames to the check out process was amazing! We were highly impressed!

At all times in the store we were made to feel welcome and important. The staff all went out of their way to ensure we were attended to and comfortable. We were offered refreshments and the staff were able to answer all our questions. Not once were we made to feel uncomfortable and like an order number. We were treated as an important part of the process and the staff were interested in what we had to say and how we felt

I wasn't really able to test the product knowledge of the staff as I already knew exactly what I wanted. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and my order was processed quickly and efficiently. I had already bought a bed from Dreams in the past couple of years, and my experience then meant that I came back when I needed a different bed - I was not disappointed.

Both of the sales people we dealt with were great, had good knowledge of the products and managed to tick every box as far as our requirements went.
