We were greeted in a confident manor, which eased our minds due to the COVID situation. Alex helped us choose the correct mattress, he was highly knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for in a bed and showed us all the options and explained the pros and cons of each bed and helped up choose the perfect bed. He really knew his stuff which gave us confidence in the company and product. He made us laugh and we have a great experience choosing a bed :-) highly recommended

The store was clean and tidy and the safety precautions taken re Covid were good. The manager of the store who helped us was polite and knowledgeable and helped throughout our visit. I would recommend your store to family and friends.
