Dreams - Farnborough

Karen was absolutely amazing upon our visit to Dreams, Farnborough - She was highly professional and truly took the time to fully understand our needs and requirments. We firstly were given the opportunity to look around the store; Karen then asked us what our prefences were - she took us to the sleep app/machine and from there was able to give us feedback on the mattress required. Karen did not pressure us - she kindly took the time to provide all finance details on two seperate bed/mattresses and gave us the time to make the right decsion. We returned the following day and were met with the store manager; who kindly assisted as Karen was with other customers. He took the information that Karen had provided the following day; ensured he went through our requirement in detail. We were given the opportunity to re try the mattress. Overall a fantastic experience, great customer care. A new bed and mattress brought along with two new pillows!!! THANK YOU

We were met at the door to the store and only allowed in once a member of staff became available to great and and explain the process. We used hand sanitizer when we entered and something to place on the mattress cover and pillow when testing a bed. Everyone in the shop was wearing a face mask.
