Geraldine greeted us at the door and was professional and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all our questions and we did not feel pressurised at any time to buy or speed up our decision. Health and safety was well observed in the store.

It appeared well managed in terms of COVID. Staff wore masks. Sheets were provided for trying beds. Sanitiser was in place. Staff member sped up visit by guiding us very specifically and helpfully thus reducing unnecessary time in store. In summary our trip was quick, it was safe and it led to us buying what we needed.
