I was very impressed with my visit to Deams. I went in expecting to just sit on a few beds, but what I got was a full on personal mattress fitting. Firstly I lay on the Sleepmatch machine which analysed the way I sleep and recommended a range of mattresses. Next, the very knowledgeable and friendly staff took me around a selection of mattresses to try and suggested more based on my feedback. Overall it was a great experience, and I'm very happy with the mattress I ended up buying!

I walked in the door and was treated by Karen. She was really helpful from start to finish helping to guide me through the process. We discussed mattresses, bed frames and all the other things that need to be considered. Karen genuinely advised me on what was going to be right for me, instead of forcing a sale. Would highly recommend
