Karen was very knowledgeable and did not rush us to make a decision, we were allowed to browse independently and Karen would come to help when we asked. Also used the sleepmatch which was a great tool to narrowing down which beds we should look at.

Everything was very easy, as I am in a wheelchair. I was treated like a human being not an obstacle.
