Very friendly staff, clean store and clear covid restrictions being followed. Karen was very knowledgeable and did not rush us to make a decision, we were allowed to browse independently and Karen would come to help when we asked. Also used the sleepmatch which was a great tool to narrowing down which beds we should look at.
