Apart from having to queue outside for over 30 minutes, the wait was worthwhile. The young assistant was knowledgeable and courteous and we never felt pressured or rushed. There was an abundance of choice.

We arrived,had a short wait and then were invited to look around until a shop assistant became available which was a very short wait.The professional advice we recieved was thorough and the pillow is a great choice because my other half has had great nights sleep and her bad neck and shoulders have improved drastically from the use of this pillow.
