Found the whole experience very smooth and we believe we came away with the right product for us. Tracy, who assisted us, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Claire was amazing, from the second we walked into the shop to the second we left we could not fault her customer service. She was incredibly helpful and friendly! She gave us so much useful information and directed us to exactly what we wanted and also gave us the space to make decisions without feeling pressure. She helped us pick the perfect bed and after having a bad experience at another bed store we feel very happy and satisfied that this time things will be handled properly.

We had clair who was a huge help to us! She understood my nans needs. She made us feel very comfortable and not afraid to express our feelings. She didn’t rush into anything and made sure my Nan was comfortable on the mattress she chose. She explained everything in detail. She even said to my Nan go home sleep on it and come back tomorrow when you’ve decided. I have never met anyone so polite and nice, most people would take advantage of an elderly person.

The staff member, Donna, was friendly and very helpful. She took the time to explain things to my deaf mother her so that she could understand. She also helped my mother onto the mattresses to find the right one.
