Dreams - Epsom

We entered Dreams several times over a month or two to look for a bed and mattress. The salesman was polite when we entered but not pushy & over eager to get a sale there and then, giving us time to browse and giving advise on occasion.

The knowledge of the store assistance (John) and he explained in detail all of the steps that would need to happen.

I felt John took his time to listen to all my needs and find me the best product for my budget. The shop was a little warm, but John explained why and offered a bottle of cold water. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you John

We booked a slot at the Epsom store to make sure we picked the right bed with the right advice etc and Paul the salesperson was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The process of choosing the right bed was made easier because of this. The delivery men Steve and John were also excellent. Very helpful, courteous and friendly even though we were first drop off at 7.30am! We are very pleased with our experience with Dreams and went back and ordered the headboard from the Epsom store and John, the salesperson who we saw then was equally helpful.
