From the very beginning we were very impressed by the professional approach the stuff was taking towards the safety of customers. We were offered all necessary protection to do our shopping safely. We didn’t except such a great customer service and help with choosing the right bed and mattress. We were very nicely surprised by the entire process of finding out what’s the best for us. Our assistant Godfrey was super friendly and helpful. He made lots of effort to understand our needs and recommend the mattresses which were suitable for what we were looking for. He guided us through everything from the start to end and his insights were really valuable. I could without any hesitation recommend Dreams to all the people I know. Thank you once again for everything.

As we entered your store we were greeted by David, who explained the new hygiene procedures due to Covid -19. David then took us to Dreams machine, to measure our sleeping positions. From start to finish David answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable and help us select the perfect bed and mattress for us. So much so well will be returning within next few weeks to buy more beds for our new home.
