Ian was very knowledgeable about our bed choices, he was very friendly. He talked us through all our choices and made sure we understood everything about our mattress choice. He listened to our needs and took them into account.

Assistant (Godfrey) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Took the time to discuss what we were looking for and provided us with recommendations

David took a lot of time and listened to what we liked/disliked and gave us time to test and re-test the different mattresses (even though it was already after 6pm in the end). He seemed very knowledgeable about the mattresses and explained advantages and disadvantages very nicely without trying to push us to a certain mattress

The test bed was an interesting experience, but I liked how the salesman said that my own feelings were equally as valid. I liked that when I chose a bed £200 cheaper than the initial recommendation there was no pressure to spend more. The salesman kept me apprised of how he was dealing with me and another couple at a different stage of the process. The Covid precautions were exemplary. The salesman was polite, but also friendly and not the least pushy.

Sales advisor was friendly, offered a drink on arrival, assessed my needs using the machine and gave me a pillow and took me round a few mattresses to try based on output from machine. Friendly but not pushy
