At this time when everyone is wary about going to shops, I was immediately made to feel safe and at ease. Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well organised.

Visited Dreams L;eith Store and was met by Godfrey. He thanked us for using the sanitiser then went on to explain the distancing policy and asked us whether we wished him to were a face mask. He took us to view the produicts we were looking for and had a good knowledge of all the items. He was patient and made no attempt to rush us. Overall we got what we wanted and left to store happy.

The personal safety standards are second to none and to be offered bottled water is an added special touch. Young man who assisted us, Micheal was very knowledgeable and friendly, very professional at his job. Thankyou for a truly wonderful hassle free shopping experience.
