Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

Staff were knowledgable, helpful and very friendly.

The staff in the Edinburgh Seafield store were extremely helpful and patient. We are a family of 5 and needed 4 beds. Each was given lots of time and info about the choices available and we were made to feel very welcome.

We were originally served by Godfrey who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he took us through the mattress selector process and helped us to choose the most suitable mattress for us. We then returned a couple of days later to order, Godfrey was helping other customers so Cherelle put the order through for us and helped us get pillows and a duvet too. Both were brilliant and we couldn’t fault the service we received at all.

We bought our bed and mattress from the Dreams store in Leith Edinburgh. David was very knowledgeable, helpful and provided us with lots of information regarding our options and answered all our questions. He provided an excellent customer service. The Sleepmatch was a great experience too, we could easily take a nap on that bed :-) ! We would definitely recommend to friends and family!

The staff has a fantastic knowledge of the products we are interested in buying and he was very friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend friends. He has a contagious passion for his job

Godfrey was able to answer all the questions we had and dealt with the fact that one of us uses a wheelchair in a very pleasant way. He was informative without being pushy, giving us time to think about things whenever necessary. He made the experience personal and fun - not at all what we'd expected.

Godfrey and David were so helpful and accommodating for my circumstances and have arranged a payment plan and delivery to suit me. Super knowledge on mattresses, good patter and brilliant service all round. Also excellent covid hygiene in store.
