Telephone experience very good as sales person Godfrey came over as knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

the staff were very friendly. I first visited to look at a sofabed i had seen online, but wanted to think about it, I was served by godfrey, he was very knowledgable and friendly, and also made me feel very safe with the social distancing and safety processes that were in place. On return to purchase the sofabed i was served by David,who was alsovery friendly. godfrey recognised me from my first visit and said hello and was very polite again.

I’m old fashioned and would like to have just jumped on a few other beds just for comparison, but I’m happy with the product I chose

Excellent service, products explained to us and we were able to choose the mattress at our leisure (no hard selling)
