Godfrey was very helpful and talked us through different options for mattresses and made suggestions for the best and the best price. He was very friendly and approachable which made the buying process a lot easier! The Store Manager.. cant remember his name was also helpful when we spoke to him too!

The store was large and had a really good selection of beds and mattresses. When i entered the store. I was greeted really pleasantly by all members of staff. Which made me feel very welcome. Then i was approached by chirelle and she asked me what type of bed i was looking for. And also explained all my options. I never felt like I was pressured into buying and participate bed. I was free to browse around. And when i made my choice. I just went to the desk and went through the details. I was offered tea or coffee. And she was really chatty and friendly. And i would definitely recommend dreams to anyone. As i had a really positive experience.

The service from Godfrey was excellent. He took time to assess our needs for our new mattress, and was attentive without being pushy. He had extensive knowledge which helped us identify the right mattress for us, and he gave us plenty of time to make a decision. All staff were also great with our two children! We were also impressed with the level of care taken over covid too.

I felt very well attended by Godfrey. He made me and my partner feel comfortable and also gave us a good information about the products. I also liked the system to check the best mattress for you personally.
