The sales assistant that helped me choose my mattress was extremely helpful and nice. He put me on the sleep match machine and then proceeded to show me the products that was suggested to match my needs. My shopping experience at Dreams was very pleasant and hassle free. It made deciding to buy a mattress here a no brainer. 10/10 Would shop here again in the future for more mattresses.

STORE WAS VERY COVID FRIENDLY STAFF LISTENED TO WHAT WAS REQUIRED- ITEM WAS FOR MY ELDERLY MUM WHO HAS DEMENTIA & IS VERY SMALL - STAFF WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS REQUIRED AND TOOK TIME TO SEE IF ITEMS COULD BE DELIVERED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS THAT WAS MY MAIN REQUIREMENT -

We were given space and time to select our goods and ask for assistance when we were ready. The saleswoman supported us with enquiries and didn't rush us into making decisions. We came in for one bed and mattress and ended up buying another mattress and lots of accessories.
