We knew what we wanted when we came into the Seafield store. The sales assistants were ready to greet us at the door as we entered and were very friendly. We were served by David. His product knowledge was excellent. He showed us all the options for the ottoman double base we were looking for. No hard selling, just responsive customer service. David also undertook a sleep assessment for us as we were considering also buying a mattress. It was very helpful. All in all an excellent customer experience.
