After checking opening times online, I phoned before I visited the shop and got a member of staff who gave me pleasant, helpful information with the verbal reassurance of covid 19 precaution measures being in place in store. I was met in the shop by a very pleasant, friendly staff member who found out what it was I was after, helped me use the Sleepmatching facility and then try out the mattresses I chose. She was knowledgeable about the products and confidently answered all my questions. She demonstrated proper attention to protection/cleaning measures re. covid 19. She was helpful, personable and I would say a "good salesperson" but I didn't feel pressured in any way.

Came to the Edinburgh store and I received absolutely lovely service from Cherrelle who was tremendous help. She accustomed to my needs perfectly helping me get a fantastic deal on a really good mattress and bed frame within my price range.
