Cherrelle was fabulous. We had been round another store and were over whelmed by the amount of mattresses. She popped us on the bed tester, which was fun. She was really knowledgeable and super helpful throughout our visit whilst giving us time to discuss things ourselves. We pretty much loved the first mattress we tried. I would definately go back to Dreams if we get another mattress and would advise friends to go there too, and would mention Cherrelle by name to ask for advice. She really knew her stuff, was funny and all together made the whole experience far easier and fun 😊

I was made aware of the vivid safety procedures immediately on arrival I also observed all staff encouraging sanitizing throughout my time there. I was immediately attended to and shown items I was interested in and I was shown to the bed simulator.
