Godfrey is a friendly and professional salesperson, who took his time to go into a lot of detail and to look through all he different options that were available. I rarely put 'Excellent' or in this case 'Highly Satisfied' as a rating as there is always something that could be improved on. However, on this occasion everything was completed in a friendly yet professional manner, he certainly knows his products and he makes an excellent cup of coffee ..!! He was the reason why we went back to Dreams after looking around at other manufacturers/distributors
