Staff member called Godfrey Very knowledgeable about the product but due to an influx of customers he was having to look after more as they arrived so skipping between three couples at once

The staff members that I dealt with (2 gentlemen at the Seafield Edinburgh store) were attentive and very personable. They were exactly as I hope sales staff to be: informative and helpful but without being pushy or condescending. Hope you will pass on these comments to them, thanks!

I was very happy with the customer service. I phoned earlier in the day to check opening times. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful & then we were met by him in the store. He was very helpful, and knew all the differences between the mattress’s in store. We chose our mattress purchased it in store & are now waiting for it. Can’t wait.
