I attended the store twice within a week and was impressed with both Cherelle and Godfrey on both visits. Cherelle initially tested me to see which mattress would be suitable then tested 8 mattresses with me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I returned to purchase and Godfrey, who was in on his own, was very helpful again. I ordered the matress I wanted and he was able to offer discount on a new pillow and mattress protector that came with an extended warranty too. Great service and happy with my purchases.

I had two extremely friendly and professional salesmen attend to me during my visit both extremely knowledgeable and they weren't pushy especially when I'm a rubbish decision maker they totally made me feel relaxed and didn't rush me at all.

Cherelle at the Edinburgh store welcomed us and was very professional and helpful. We visited with a bed in mind that we had seen online and sadly the colour looked different when we saw it in store. Cherelle helped us to find something else that we were very happy with in a similar price range. Herself and the others in the store seemed to be v switched on with regards to social distancing and keeping all customers safe whilst moving around and looking at the products
