Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

Having precious spent a long time in the dreams shop 12 months ago and using the computer simulator we purchased a king dreams brand mattress. Recently we had a requirement for a single mattress. We wanted the same mattress we had previous bought in a single. The staff member advised that it was £500 but a very similar product was available on offer for £249. We purchased this and I was in and out the store in within 15mins. Our mattress was delivered 5 days later within the two hour time slot and the driver even took it the room we requested (bungalow).

I had two extremely friendly and professional salesmen attend to me during my visit both extremely knowledgeable and they weren't pushy especially when I'm a rubbish decision maker they totally made me feel relaxed and didn't rush me at all.

Cherelle at the Edinburgh store welcomed us and was very professional and helpful. We visited with a bed in mind that we had seen online and sadly the colour looked different when we saw it in store. Cherelle helped us to find something else that we were very happy with in a similar price range. Herself and the others in the store seemed to be v switched on with regards to social distancing and keeping all customers safe whilst moving around and looking at the products
