Very happy with all round service,will come back again. giving time to look around before staff came to you .which i prefer very well manner staff .all done and dusted on the ball VERYwell done .JS.

We found Godfrey very welcoming, knowledgeable and a really good sales person as we bought much more than we planned! - all done willingly. The product looks good with a decent after sales support plan.

The assistant had a lot of time for us but also allowed us adequate space to try the beds privately but was always available as soon as we had any questions.

The staff were both absolutely lovely and were very polite and knowledgeable. We were offered beverages and the lady serving us was extremely engaging. They gaged well how we wanted them to interact us, didn’t pressure us and follow us round but at the same time made sure they were always available if we needed them. We have had bad experiences with dreams in straiton where the staff constantly hounded us and were clearly chasing commission and targets. It made us highly uncomfortable.

We were greeted upon arrival and the store by Iain. He was friendly and welcoming and took us to a bed that would help judge what mattress would be best for us. He then took us to a range of beds that were recommended. Gave us enough time to get a feel for what bed was the best and provided the right amount of assistance whilst not feeling overbearing. A very pleasant shopping experience overall.

I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Staff were friendly & knowledgeable. There was a good selection of mattresses & there was no pressure to buy.

Godfrey was very friendly and his knowledge and understanding of the products was excellent. He was also able to cater for our 3 year old who was kept amused whilst we trialled products.

We attendee the Seafield Dreams store and were assisted by Godfrey. His knowledge was excellent and he made great efforts to ensure we found a mattress that met our needs, was within our chosen price range and which we were happy with. The atmosphere in the store was pleasant and clean, and other members of staff appeared approachable and the ongoing sale offered some great value propositions.

Godfrey, the sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He allowed us to browse and provided us with all the details so that we could make an informed choice. In short, he was excellent.
