All the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my needs, took the time to measure bed frame sizes, mattress comfort and support, colour schemes, availability etc. Nothing was an issue and they ensured everything I asked was answered satisfactorily. No one was pushy or made me buy anything I didn't require. They ensured that what I bought suited my needs, offered alternatives and suggested other useful products without telling me I needed to purchase them. Also, I had my 4 year old daughter with me and they were really good with her and understanding of the fact that, on occasion, she could be slightly boisterous. Overall, it was a great experience and I can't thank the staff enough for all their help and support.

Godfrey was very professional and is a credit to Dreams, he was working on his own and as there were other customers we were in the shop for a while, I think he shop would of benefited with another member if staff working that day.
