We were immediately greeted at the door with a friendly smile. We didn’t really know what we were looking for but the salesman was able to break down the process and helped us understand what type of mattress was for us. The server was very knowledgeable and friendly which made the experience very enjoyable We had such a great experience and will definitely be returning as repeat customers in the future and will be recommending to friends and family

Had a booking and was given great attention from David M who helped me understand the differences between mattresses , He gave me lots of time to try out some as I have a back pain issue and this mattress will be very important to my general health.

We had the diagnostic bed analysis before trying various different levels of mattress firmness. The service was friendly, polite and informative by David, who clearly knew his stuff and put us under no pressure at any point. We were very well attended to, but also allowed time to ourselves to mull over options and choices. Refreshments were offered and the arrangements for PPE seemed suitable and practical. Overall, it was a charming experience with a successful outcome. We have yet to receive the bed and mattress, so are unable to comment properly on the quality of the products. However, we are looking forward immensely to trying out the new bed in our new home next month.
