We both enjoyed the very friendly welcome from Cherrelle ( -162) upon arrival to the store. The added experience of the virtual mattress selector, which was a nice and interesting experience. We also appreciated being offered some water. Overall, our visit was far more exciting than our initial expectations.

Service as soon as we walked in the door. Courteous and knowledgeable help. First shop we’d been to and found everything we wanted at around the price we were hoping.

from the moment we stepped into the store .the service we received from Godfrey was excellent from listening to our requirements ,price range ,Godfrey explained how Dreams measures sleep /rest and that we are all different when it comes to buying a new mattress.Once we had been measured he lead us around showing us what was picked out for us to try .We chose 3 to sample ( pillows included) and we did realise how mattresses are all different ,eventually we chose 2( we did sample Temptura mattresses to see difference ,(not for us).We went for a more expensive range, as it was British /hand made all natural products .yes more than we wanted to spend But once we had sampled a few times we knew this was the bed for us .We even took the insurance product,mattress cover ,pillow .The service ,friendliness easy manner of Godfrey we were at ease through out the sale. it was a pleasure to have Godfrey as our sales person

The experience was great, we have been in Dreams store before and this time the service was 100% better. Cherrelle was very helpful and polite. We were shown multiple mattress options within different price ranges and could choose an appropriate mattress for our needs and budget

From start to finish we were very well taken care of and felt like we were listened to and our preferences were top priority

Godfrey greeted us at the entrance of the store and was very welcoming. He went through the covid guidelines and informed us they were short staffed but he still did his absolute best to get us served quickly. Godfrey explained the sleep machine results well and directed as around the store to different options as well as allowing us alone time to browse. His covid safety was brilliant.

Staff were very welcoming and not at all doing the cold sell. Was able to browse at my leisure and advice given on my choices. Safety was a prime consideration and safe distancing was adhered to at all times.

We were met by Cherrelle as we entered the store and who immediately understood our requirements. She was excellent at explaining our options and showed us the beds and accessories in which we were interested. We were able to try out the beds and pillows until we found those most suitable to our needs. Cherrelle did not try to persuade us unduly but gently prompted us in the right direction.

Godfrey was amazing. He had many customers to deal with. He did this professionally, politely and knowledgeably with an appropriate level of friendliness. He made sure the store was safe i.e social distance, clean chairs, bottled water for customers. An excellent experience fir me.
