Firstly we had no real idea what we were looking for so absolutely welcomed the help and support we received. We were very pleased with our purchase.

I was attended to by Ian at the Edinburgh store, I was given all the information I need and plenty of time and space to assess the mattress best suited to me. It took some time but I was encouraged to take my time and felt no pressure from the team. They answered my multiple questions with ease and were easy to approach.

Warm welcome when coming in the store. We had booked for the bed assesment and everything was all ready to go. The staff member was very informative and guided us through, explaining in detail the different options available to us. We didn’t feel pushed into purchasing anything and where allowed to some breathing space to think but also the staff where always available to answer any questions. Great experience and would highly recommend to others and would definitely come back

David was extremely knowledgeable, honest and useful in helping us selecting a bed ... whilst putting up with our 3 children!

When we walked into the store in Seafield Edinburgh, we were met by a friendly store colleague who offered us a tea or coffee before asking how he could help. When we explained what we needed he was only too happy to help. His knowledge was excellent and explained the products currently available. After taking us through the different options we were left to try the beds and discuss our options.
