Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

The shop was nearly empty, which was a very nice shopping experience. The shop assistant was very friendly and considerate. This shop (Leith) also had the Sleepmatch and Sleepmotion devices, which i wanted to try, and purchase.

Attended to by David, who was patient, thoughtful and incredibly helpful. Really made the experience that much better

After just visiting Archers prior to visiting Dreams on Seafield Rd Edin , it was like night and day ! There was a warm and welcoming feel to the place and a genuine care and concern when I started to feel a little dizzy whilst trying out beds ! Cherelle was fantastic and immediately brought me a bottle of cool water whilst we chatted about what I required in an adjustable bed after undergoing major surgery ! Her product knowledge and honesty when she was unsure of something was refreshing , she got my sale hands down , and when I rec my adj bed in 4 weeks time if it is as comfortable as I expect it to be , it is my intention to buy another for my son ! Ps The Manager David was also very charming and gave a nice personal touch to the whole experience ! Excellent Sales Training in my opinion

Godfrey was really great. I used the mattress machine to choose the best mattress and Godfrey was fantastic at helping me choose the entire bed using my price limits . I found the shop really clean and covid restrictions in place. I'll definitely be back. This is the first bed shop where you don't just 'bounce on a mattress ' to see if it's right.

Charelle was extremely helpful and had a lovely friendly approach. She was knowledgeable and made the process very simple. There was some chat with both her and Godfrey too after the sale. A good experience.
