Very good service by Godfrey. He took the time to explain everything to us and gave us some space to think things through. He was also considerate of our budget and tailored his information and advice to exactly what we were looking for. We're first time buyers so we weren't sure about all the products on offer and their quality/price but Godfrey took the time to patiently explain! Prior to visiting Dreams we'd been in a lot of other bed shops and competitors. I have say Dreams stood out as professional, not pushy sales and top quality custOmer service. Really glad we bought from Dreams, I feel it's a trusted brand.

Clare was assisting and she was great. She helped us find what we were looking for and gave us plenty of time to figure out what we liked best. I felt the products in the store could have been arranged in a slightly clearer manner - it was quite hard to tell the differences between the various types of mattresses and we really relied on Clare to keep us right. A wider range of bed frames and fabrics would be a real benefit too. I was very happy with the temperature of the shop, but some of the mattresses and pillows were quite dirty. I purchased an expensive mattress and there weren't very many options to make the purchase of both the mattress and bed affordable. Finally, I felt that the costs could have been clearer. The cost of the headboard, for example, should be included in the large overall price shown, not added on later and I did have to point out that I was meant to be given free pillows with my purchase. I almost didn't get them!

Because after reading on the website that you would take the old bed away when the new one was delivered, to be told it would cost another £40 to take it away I find that unacceptable especially after spending £2200+ surly that can't be right.

My experience was very positive. It would be nice if we had got extra pillows or another present after spending so much money. We only got for free the delivery.

I did get a great deal at a great price , but the offer of possibly a duvet as we are first-time buyers and buying our first house , maybe this is a special package you can look into as money is tight especially for first time buyers

We placed our order in-store. Everything was explained to us and we were happy. When we got home we read a little more about the products we bought and noticed that delivery was free for online orders while we've paid £39. We believe our salesman Godfrey (who was otherwise excellent) should have made us aware of the online price and allowed us to decide whether to order our products online instead. We feel we were mislead intentionally and that your prices should be transparent, particularly when we're spending over £1100. Also, £39 is not very competitive, given that other retailers like M&S are offering free delivery. We'd also add that the mattress recycling cost (£39.99) is not particularly competitive either - again, given that M&S are doing this for £25. But it's the misleading delivery price that annoys us most.

We found the service very good however felt that the price of delivery was too high for the amount of money spent in the store, particularly when you cannot choose a time for delivery.
