Up to 1/2 price sale. Except for the fabric bedside cabinet. Never mind there is a 3 for 2 deal on bedroom furniture. Except for the fabric bedside cabinet. Was going to ask about the 12 month interest free credit but reckoned it wouldn't be on the fabric bedside cabinet. It felt a bit like being on bullseye, the signs should read, here's what you could have won.

Although the Dreams store I went to was good and the staff were very kind and helpful, I was not satisfied with the last viewing of my desired bed as there was a dead spider within the products drawers. This did not change my opinion of the bed as it was the one I purchased however I did question the cleanliness of the beds within the store.

I was looking for an Ottoman divan in faux leather . Was a bit disappointed with the lack of options available but overall, highly satisfied with the friendliness and knowledge of products shown by staff.

The accessories on offer were over priced (a simple google search confirmed this) and I would have liked the convenience of buying everything in one shop. Sales staff were unable to offer better deals even though I bought several products - there could have been better incentives.

There's always room for improvement. Ordering took longer at no fault of employee. It was an IT glitch unable to cope with request. Took extra time to complete order and unfortunately I missed planned public transport as a result.

Truthfully, buying a bed isn't something that excites me enough to be highly satisfied. Godfrey was very helpful and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him to others. However, this is the standard I expected.

There was a female colleague who snapped at the sales assistant selling the bed to me. It was unpleasant. He didn't deserve that.

Didn't have all the beds I wanted to look at in store but the sales assistant did show me online and was very helpfull
