Very little staff and just one person in shop had to wait around and other customers left after waiting around poor customer service if one on is with customer

prices could ve better. i look on internet after it and not sure i got good deal

David (Alistair) was really excellent and very helpful, and spent a lot of time helping us. The only reason we were satisfied as opposed to highly satisfied is the price of the items. As we have not yet received delivery, we cannot tell if it's worth it yet.

I was shocked thAT the salesperson was on his own in the store. I had to wait quite a while before he was available as her was helping other customers. I nearly went to the competition and I placed a high value order. During the time I was placing my order 3 other customers left the store. This shop is so understaffed that it is having an impact on sales not to mention the pressure on the salesperson who said that he was on his own most Tuesdays. You need more staff !!!!!

I was highly satisfied. Met on arrival and assisted throughout to make a good value purchase which suited my needs

Mostly very satisfied. Found the range of bed linen could have been more extensive. Also products are pricey.

There was a 25 minute wait to pay for items as there were only two tills. Staff were ver apologetic & offered tea/coffee which was nice, but it was quite a while to wait to pay.

Stephen at the store in Seafield Edinburgh was exterewmly helpful and went in to good detail about pro's and cons of different products. He was not at all bother to come back over to help with further enquiries. Store was also decent size and well laid out

I was satisfied with my experience and would certainly return to this store for further product queries and purchases
